Priority referrals · 7-day target

For step-down and pre-op assessment, we aim for an appointment within 7 days, subject to clinical fit and availability.

With patient consent, we share a concise diagnostic and medication summary with the referring clinician.

Patient State *

The patient must be in the clinician's licensed state for the visit. Provider and office availability vary.

These options tell us which benefits to check. Network participation varies by clinician, state, and plan. A benefits check does not guarantee coverage, claim payment, or final patient cost.

Pre-surgical referrals request an assessment; they do not guarantee clearance. Step-down requests still require a review of clinical fit and appointment availability.

Urgency *

Priority referrals have a 7-day appointment target, subject to clinical fit and availability. Routine referrals use the next available appointment.
