For priority step-down and pre-surgical assessment referrals, we aim for an appointment within 7 days, subject to clinical fit and availability. Routine referrals use the next available appointment.
For therapists, medical practices, LifeSpann Clinic, and hospital, IOP, or PHP teams. We review the clinical question, benefits, and appointment options with the patient.
Patients continue with their referring therapist. With patient consent, we share a concise diagnostic and medication summary with the referring clinician.
